The following terms and conditions govern all use of the website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, [SportsFever]https://sportfever.ai) (taken together, the Website). The Website is owned and operated by Alinetech Pvt Ltd. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Alexandria Labs' Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Alinetech(collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Alinetech, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

Your SportFever Account and Site

Your SportFever account gives you access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of Users. If you open a SportFever account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity's behalf. By connecting to SportFever with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your log-in credentials for that service.

Use of API

We may offer access to our API, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses SportFever, is bound by this Agreement plus the following specific terms:

  1. You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.
  2. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to SportFever via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. We, in our sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API. We will make a reasonable attempt via email to warn the account owner prior to suspension.
  3. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the API (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  4. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
